    I totally forgot that the Matrix that such great tunes!! Probably cos its an older movie, I remember you saying how bad the music was on Eighth grade I think it was - I work in youth work and yeah, the music they listen to these days is cringe-worthy! I don't like Manson much but this song is great!! *dances*

    If only music like this was in the mainstream today =[

      It's even worse in Booksmart, oh God

      Manson's song in John Wick is also amazing

      I didn't realise he did a song for Wick!! Will have to hunt that down, I know its on my HDD somewhere.

      What's Booksmart? Sounds like some sort of library thing haha

      oh and were you still interested in doing a dual soundtrack post, preferably a recent movie? I'd love to get involved if say you pick the tracks and I'll add a bit about the scenes they are in and how they enhance the movie - if in fact they do ;)

    Talk about a blast from the past. I forgot how much I liked the music in these movies, even if I wasn't crazy about the films themselves.

      The music was so consistently good, even in the third one which was a disaster other than that :)

    I especially enjoyed the soundtrack from the first Matrix film which gave the scenes a sense of otherworldliness(Clubbed To Death) and epicness(Wake Up)

      Yes, these two were so well used! Clubbed to Death especially, I think it was even in some of the trailers
